Trail Volunteers needed! The Alleghany Sparta Trail Association (ASTA) needs volunteers for a half-day trail maintenance work session on the Mountains to Sea Trail (MST) in Alleghany County. We will be repairing, rehabbing and side hilling a few areas of the MST north between Pruitt Cove Road and the Woodruff House in Laurel Springs. Please wear appropriate clothing and work gloves and bring water and snacks. Tools will be provided. For more information see Link below:
