Our next regularly scheduled Eno River workday will take place on Saturday, February 7^th at 10AM meeting at River Forest Park, 1000 Windermere Drive in Durham. As it looks quite possible there will be more cold weather, I am moving the start time back to 10AM. We will be doing invasive privet removal and some trail maintenance.

The flooding last July did very little damage to trails along the Eno; Thank you so much for all of you who helped on the repairs and cleanup on the trail down river from the State Park. It was fabulous that we were able to get the trail open in the month after the flooding. Thousands of people use those trails, and it is great that we were able to get the trails outside the State Park opened for the public to use. The trail down river from the State Park is now in the best shape it has ever been in.

As always, dress accordingly for the weather and wear boots or solid shoes. Bring water, work gloves, and lunch.  Tools will be provided.
