We will be posting signs, markers and blazes on road sections of the MST. Some of locations will be on forest roads behind locked gates and will require walking to sites on level roads. Work will include setting posts, and attaching signs/blazes to trees and posts using hammers, wrenches, portable drills, etc.

Meet at the intersection of NC 24 and Pringle Road (Ocean, NC) at 8:30.

The Forest Service requires signatures on a Fieldwork Volunteers JHA prior to work in the forest. Please review beforehand.

Wear appropriate footwear and clothing and bring gloves, eye protection, water, snacks, sunscreen and insect repellent. Be sure to contact Roger Mays to determine what tools to bring.
