We will be hiking an uncompleted gap in the MST. This will require some bushwhacking and we will explore an option for the future link between Hillsborough and the Eno River State Park.

Meet at 9:00 at the Fews Ford parking lot to of the Eno River State Park at the end of Cole Mill Road (6101 Cole Mill Road). The total is 8-9 miles and should take 6-7 hours to complete.

Wear appropriate clothes and boots for the uneven and unimproved terrain. Bring lunch, snacks and water. Also, bring a mask to protect from Covid during carpooling from parking to start and back.

In case of inclement weather, the makeup date is Sunday, March 6.
