Help the MST “Blaze Orange” County!
Join Friends of the Mountains-to-Sea Trail for our third annual Blaze Orange fundraiser to benefit the MST in Orange County! The Mountains-to-Sea Trail stretches 1,175 miles across North Carolina, from the Great Smoky Mountains to the Outer Banks, and while we’re making progress in Orange County, there’s still significant gaps to be filled in.
Your donation will help us design, build and maintain the MST, work with landowners to gain access for new trail sections, and provide signs, maps and guidebooks to help residents and visitors hike the trail.
When?
Sunday, October 29, from 3-6pm
Where?
On the Mountains-to-Sea Trail at Eno River Brewing in Hillsborough (329 Eno Mountain Rd, Hillsborough, NC 27278)
Festivities include:
- live music
- craft brews
- food trucks
- updates on MST progress
- MST info booth and merch
- pet costume contest
- and more
There is no cost to attend, but registration is required and there is a suggested donation of $25 or more per attendee.
