We will be working At Stones Creek Game Land on a popular section of trail that locals call “flytrap bypass”. Recent events have made some sections of this trail permanently muddy. We will be installing “duckboard” bridges to get around the muddiest areas and moving the trail to adjacent higher ground.

Meet at 10:30 am in the parking area for Stones Creek Game Land at the intersection of Hwy 210 and Bradshaw Road (across from the sign for Dixon Elementary School).

Wear closed-toe shoes and appropriate clothes and bring work gloves, water and lunch. We will be following CDC guidelines so wear your mask and keep 6 feet of social distance. Since it is hunting season, we recommend wearing bright colors (blaze orange). If you have them, please bring one or more of the following tools: loppers, mattock, shovel, garden rake.

Register for the event.
